As our company grows and scales, we’re looking for an exceptional Forward Deployed Engineer- Embedded to join our engineering team and help scale the core IoT technology behind H2Ok’s platform. Since we are a small team, we’re constantly picking up new challenges and really value engineers who can spot a problem and just get it done. You’ll play a key role in deploying and supporting our sensing and edge compute systems in the field, while also writing the software that powers them. This is a unique opportunity to shape how critical industrial data is captured and used in real-time—while driving measurable impact on sustainability, water conservation, and energy efficiency at global scale. We’re looking for hands-on builders who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving tough technical problems, and want their work to have lasting real-world impact.

Our Interview Process
Phone screen with H2Ok Recruiter (15-20 minutes)
Intro call with Hiring Manager (30 minutes)
Depending on the role, a skills exercise that should take no longer than an hour to prep
On-site interview, including short tour of GTL, overview of tech, and interview/presentation with the Hiring Manager and a few team members
